DFW Make-Ready was founded as a Rehab and Maintenance company. With family pride and commitment we have become a full service Re-hab, Remodel, and Maintenance company. We have now grown to 5 crews to meet the demand here in this hot DFW investment market. We practice a solid belief in quality in all aspects of our business, and daily training for all our employees insures a quality work base. With our standards in place, a pleasant side affect has developed, efficiency. We know that every day your property is sitting idle, you are not receiving a return on you investment. So we have developed very comprehensive management plans for all properties to operate in a precise way to maximize the turn around process. As the old saying goes "time is money" and your investment is our first priority. 

Team Bio:

	(Tom Deere President): 15+ years of construction experience. I've been successful in positioning diverse technologies to enhance protocol in areas of program management, contract administration resource management, personnel administration and customer service. I believe strongly in leadership, organization, communication, presentation, critical thinking and analytical skills. I grew up in an aircraft parts foundry and building homes with my grandfather, it gave me years of leadership skills that includes managing risk, reengineering unproductive work processes, creating sustainable and cost-effective work programs, and strategically positioning organizations to evolve technically through calculated resource management and regulatory compliance. Acknowledged as a pivotal contact point for troubleshooting, driving "big-picture" change, and enlisting the enthusiastic support of peers to accomplish ongoing efficiency of cost improvements. Working in these industries gave me the solid base to all my construction and industrial skills. With the help of the masters of these trades they helped me hone in on my talents and excel. Growing up in a Team orientated environment gave me a foundation to strive to be the best in what ever I do.
	(Rudy Mancha - Crew Leader): 7+ years with DFW Make Ready, Rudy has managed 100s of jobsite for us and  is our go to guy when things need to be done.
	(Roberta Pike - Office Manager): Roberta heads our office as well as our sister company DFW Tenant Evictions.
	(Daniel Sanchez - Sales): Daniel heads up our sales team to provide our customers with an experienced consultant.
	(Charles Hollar - Chief Maintenance): 25+ years experience, Charles has been in the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical field for most of his professional carrier. His maintenance capabilities are second to none.
